Following on from working on the Petty Crime musical, we wrote our latest film screen play. The film portrays how Social Media, which is designed to be addictive, becomes a significant disruption to the lives of a young couple.
In July we were fortunate again that Mark Solter was able to fly over to New Zealand from LA to contribute to the project as Director of Photography and Co-director to shoot the film, Everyone Writes Memoir. The film speaks of how Social Media can impose a distraction to attentiveness to our most treasured relationships. How addiction to the vaporous digital stories can prevent us from seizing the brightness and firmness of the ‘present’.
